Underwear Preview!
No, I'm not showing you my skivvies, but I did want to show you my base colors for a polish I'll be reviewing shortly! I frankened most of my base colors since I just recieved a shipment of suspension base and pigments, but I think they're close enough to colors that already exist so I won't create any lemmings. :)

Lynnderella Lucky Numbers
Yeah, yeah, I know all the drama associated with this particular brand, and while fascinating, guess what? I don't care. Moving on! I wanted this particular polish because of the pinkish shimmer in the base, and I wasn't finding any other indie polishes similar to it to satisfy my lemming. I got it in the mail yesterday, and I knew I wanted to wear it right away! I didn't want to layer it over white like I've seen, just because I wanted something different for the first time I would be wearing it...so I chose gray and green. The base colors are China Glaze Recycle and Starboard. Now enjoy the pic spam!

I know I'm overdue, but I've brought you something new!
So I was watching YouTube tutorials the other day, and I got inspired to pull out my old 120 palette I purchased on eBay ages ago, and this was one of the looks I came up with. Pardon my blending, I just could not get it the way I wanted it. My inspiration was a sunset. So see, something new I've brought to my blog! I hope you guys don't hate it too much...

I've Got 99....
Only a couple more days until I get back to my stash and can start swatching and painting my nails again!
I got this from Glazed Talons who got this from Jenna Froggy, and it's kinda fun to see what other people have done, so I'm gonna have a go at it! The general idea is to go through the list,and enter in bold lettering which of the 99 things you've actually done.

Hey Guys! I'm totally slacking on blogging mostly because I'm at home and have no polish with me except the OPI Ballet Collection, Zoya Shay, and Zoya Gaia. Lame, right? Well, my dad hates "colorful cosmetics" so I can't wear them when I'm staying at the house, so naked nails it is since I'm not up to using a sheer at the moment or a nude. Ok first, 11 things about me:
- I have dual citizenship - US and Jamaica.
- I graduated from high school at 16, so I started college at 16.
- I have over 800 nail polishes.
- My favorite color in real life is green. In polish, I think it's blue. Or pretty much any shade with golden shimmer.
- I have 2 younger sisters.
- I've lived in Jamaica, the Bahamas, New York, Texas, and California.
- The place in the world I want to visit the most is England.
- Huge sci fi nerd. I think I've watched every Sy Fy Original series.
- I actually like math. So I'm not just a sci fi nerd, I'm an all around nerd.
- I had 2 proposals (yes, as in wedding) before I graduated from high school. And only one of them was actually in high school.
- Huge James Bond fan. It's like the only thing my Dad and I agree on. Soooooo amazing. I think my fave Bond is between Pierce Brosnan and Sean Connery.

Throwback Tuesday!
Sorry for the pic quality, but these are super old pics...almost a year old.
I had trouble remembering which Essie I used until I realized that I could kind of read the name on the bottle cap. Fail.
I used Essie Miami Nice on all my nails except my middle and thumb, which I polished with Wet n Wild How I Met Your Magenta. Ummm...I think that's all to say, since I have no idea how many coats I used, so enjoy....I guess. :)

You guys are amazing!
Seriously, I passed 10,000 pageviews? You guys give me so much love and I don't do enough. I was gonna post this on Monday, but since it was such a crappy polish, I figured I'd start tomorrow with a better polish and show you this one today. I present Julie G (or is it JulieG?) 9 to 5. I wanted to love this color so much, but the streaktastic, thick, balding formula combined with the terrible wear time and the skin of death it gave me made me hate it. I suppose I could try thinning it, but nah, I'll send it on to a new home. I paid $3.99 for it at Rite Aid, and I was hoping it would somehow kill my lemming for Essie A Crewed Interest, but I think it's a little to bright for that. And this is the first color I'm trying from this brand, but I have 2 other polishes to try out and I'll let you know how they perform.

| Umm...yeah. A plastic bag touched my middle finger after I applied topcoat, and I was too fed up to fix it, so I left it alone. This is 3 coats of 9 To 5. |
